This year I want to share all of my BEST tips for increasing your vitality. Each week, for 50 weeks, I will be posting a new vitality concept. For more than 20 years I have been exploring ways to increase my overall health and well-being through nutrition, fitness, skincare, meditation, spirituality and yoga. Some of these tips will be things I have been incorporating for a long time and some will be recent discoveries. That is the great things about LIFE - there is always something NEW to learn.  

As I celebrate turning 50 this year, I intend to stay dedicated to this path of VIBRANCY! I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped me along the way. Let's get inspired together and make this year our BEST yet.
